We have been working with Ark Skincare since 2007 to launch this new British skincare brand in their five London outlets, including a flagship store opening.
We created a brand strategy document and advised on a 3 year launch marketing plan with budget. We interpreted the brand and its values in a user-friendly presentation format for use in briefing to the graphic design and web site companies.
We wrote the packaging copy and checked marketing claims for all 46 products in the Ark Age Aware Skincare and Ark Home Aromatics ranges.
We recommended a PR agency and web site company to Ark and then worked closely with both to ensure an integrated marketing strategy for the brand. We wrote the brand's press launch presentation and all web copy and implemented an SEO key word strategy for the site.
We wrote and paginated all product and treatment brochure copy.
We devised a teaser e-mail marketing campaign to announce the launch to the Ark customer database and suggested online opportunities for building brand awareness.
